Press Release: Swanson named President

Kasota, MN (June 23, 2011) – Keisha Swanson has been appointed President of Rolco Inc. by Brian Olson, Owner. Mrs. Swanson has guided the company’s internal operations as General Manager since December 2008. Her experience in various departments during her ten years of employment at Rolco has made her as familiar with the production floor as she is with the customer base. Mrs. Swanson’s valuable knowledge and insight in these areas will impact her approach to day-to-day operations as well as strategic growth.

“Keisha’s position as President is intended to enhance the overall corporate management of the company and to maintain the timely and centralized decision making necessary to meet the needs of our customers and maintain control of expenses,” said Brian Olson, second generation owner of the company.

Mr. Olson will continue to work closely with Mrs. Swanson to strategically position the company for growth and to oversee the financial health of the company. Mrs. Swanson is assisted by a management team in Engineering, Operations, Administration and Marketing that combines both internal and external focus to identify and fulfill customer requirements.
