| New 2-Shot Machine and ITAR Registry Demonstrate Rolco's Responsiveness to Customer Needs |

| Kastoa, MN (September 17, 2009) -- In an economic season that has forced many businesses to delay or cancel their plans for capital improvements, Rolco has purchased a new 300-ton 2-shot injection molding machine. As much an investment in its customers as in equipment, the addition of the Engel "Victory" doubles Rolco's capacity in the 300-ton range. |

| "We have had several new projects entering production that require this size press," said Keisha Swanson, General Manager. "The increased capacity allows us to be more responsive to our customers' needs for flexibility and a quick turnaround." |

| Responsiveness is not limited to the ability to schedule production. The Engel machine has a tie-bar less clamping system that enables molds to be mounted in a minimum amount of time and provides a clear doorway for automation. Included on the machine is the latest software technology to optimize the molding process allowing for maximum precision and consistency. |
